Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping – United States

We currently offer the following shipping within the United States. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $75 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Glow Ritual by Nory’s control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Glow Ritual by Nory is not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with the appropriate carrier claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

International Shipping

At this time, Glow Ritual by Nory primarily ships within the United States. International shipping availability and rates, when offered, will be displayed at checkout.
